Though the world calls them one people, the Deschani are three proud cultures bound together by ancestry, rivalry, and a growing threat that may consume them all.

In-game racial description

About the Deschani

The Deschani are a diverse feline people known for their keen senses, agility, and strong cultural identities. While outsiders often view them as a single race, the truth is far more complicated. The Deschani are made up of three distinct peoples: the Saen, Timur, and Garlu. Each has their own traditions, philosophies, and understanding of the world. Though they share similar features and a distant ancestry, centuries of separation have created deep divisions between them.

Many Deschani take great pride in their heritage and resent being mistaken for one of the other groups. Yet despite their disagreements, they share a common challenge. A mysterious affliction known as the Feral Crisis is spreading amongst their people, threatening everything they have built. Old rivalries are being tested as the Saen, Timur, and Garlu struggle to determine whether their future lies apart or together.
