== About this template ==
Creates one spell card inside a spell category. The desktop card is also used as the source when the site JavaScript builds the phone and tablet spellbook cards.

Do not change the generated CSS classes, ID, or child order. The responsive spellbook JavaScript reads and clones this structure.

== Parameters ==
* <code>title</code> - spell name shown on the card.
* <code>id</code> - optional exact existing page anchor. Do not invent IDs for cards that do not currently have one.
* <code>meta</code> - flexible metadata such as type, cost, casting time, range, chant, and representation.
* <code>content</code> - flexible spell-rule sections such as effect, level effects, restrictions, servant statistics, and prerequisites.
