== The Forsworn and the Divine Plan == Every aspect of Scion civilisation ultimately returns to a single belief: that the Forsworn entrusted them with a purpose that has not yet been fulfilled. Whether through governance, exploration, scholarship, warfare, or quiet acts of service, every Scion seeks to honour that inheritance in their own way. The Orders may disagree on how best to prepare the world for the future, but none question that the future is theirs to safeguard. Some believe the Forsworn will one day return to judge their descendants. Others believe the gods have already departed forever, leaving the Scions to complete the work alone. A growing number wonder whether the true inheritance was never divine power at all, but the responsibility to choose their own destiny. Whatever the truth may be, the Scions continue to endure. They build. They learn. They remember. They prepare. For if the age of the gods has truly ended, then the age of the Scions has only just begun.
